Operating from two manufacturing sites in Sydney at Hornsby and Prestons we manufacture an extensive range of personal care products in a range of packaging formats from 1ml to 15L.

Jalco provides a fully integrated resource team of chemists dedicated to quality in product and service through strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice standards.

Our cost-out program ensures the quality of the cosmetics ingredients and packaging components we receive as well as aggressively researching alternative raw materials to lower costs for our customer's personal care products.

Jalco also offers several product development/cosmetic chemistry services including product formulation, stability testing, in-house microbiology testing, and safety testing in both turnkey and non-turnkey environments, and provides an in-house engineering department for custom machine parts design if required for new product development.

Jalco also offers an extensive packaging development service including primary and secondary packaging design, sourcing and approval from our extensive network of high quality, low cost local and international suppliers.
