Jalco was the first and only Australian manufacturer to develop a unique multi-million dollar production process to manufacture form-fill-seal plastic packaging totally in-house. This is a process that starts from a bag of resin at one end and within a 10 metre line will form the packaging with a superior quality in-mould label, fill with liquid and seal through to automatic packing to pallet.
